These workouts are designed to be High Intensity, but they can be modified for any fitness level. I've included beginner modifications for each workout. So if you're up for the challenge ~ let's do it!
I already watch your YouTube videos? Why should I get HIITCamp?
One of the most frequent requests I get is to make a structured workout program. While my YouTube videos can be very helpful, you're going to get the most benefits from working out consistently. I've designed this program to progressively get more challenging as more workouts are added in. This program also includes workout guides, recipes and a meal plan. I have a pretty busy schedule. Will these workouts take a lot of time?
Something that I love about HIIT workouts is how fast I can get in a really great workout. Most of the workouts in this program will range from 20-45 minutes. If you can make time for your favorite TV show every day then you can certainly make time for this. I think you'll be surprised at how quickly your workout is over and you can get on with your day.
Are the recipes in this meal guide complicated?
Simple eating is my style all the way. While some of these recipes may sound and look amazing, you don't need to have any major skills to prepare them. Basic food prep skills and a hungry tummy is all thats needed!
